Join us next Thursday, March 19, for a conversation with @salomemcee about Iran, war, and global solidarity for peace.
#SalomeMC is an Iranian-American musician, producer, multimedia artist, and educator. She is the first female rapper of Iran and helped shape the country’s hip‑hop scene in the early 2000s. Her work has been featured in The Guardian, MTV, and Time magazine. For over two decades, Salome has used creative expression to break barriers and build bridges.
From founding Hip-Hop Without Borders to leading the non-profit Seven Climes, her work reflects the values we stand for: connection, solidarity, and the pursuit of peace in a divided world.
✊ Hosted by Centella Global, this Zoom conversation will dive into how art can ignite collective action — and why international solidarity has never been more urgent.
